I pre-ordered through PledgeMe - when will I receive my order?
We have had some unexpected delays with supplier issues and the ongoing impacts of Covid on shipping timeframes so we will be shipping all fragrance orders from January 2023. Some merch orders may be sent prior to Christmas with the remaining to be sent from January - these are made according to sizes and styles requested. We apologise for any inconvenience and will be in touch as soon as your order is ready to be sent.
I pre-ordered through PledgeMe - how do I know which fragrance is right for me?
You will be invited to answer a few quick questions to build your profile, so we can match you to the best scents for you. If you have any questions, you can reach out to us any time at firstname.lastname@example.org .
When will I receive my referral products?
The range will be available in late 2022 and products will be shipped to you as soon as possible. We will be in touch to confirm when you will receive your products once they are available. We will do our best to make sure you are the first to try the range, before we launch to the public!
How do I know which referral products are right for me?
Once the range is available, you will be invited to build your profile so we can match you to the best scents for you. You will be sent these matches for each referral tier you have earned.
What scents will I receive?
This depends on the matches you get from filling out your scent profile! Your profile helps us match the best scents to you from our range, based on your preferences.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is included with all subscription and sample orders New Zealand-wide. Shipping is not included with one-off 30ml orders. We are not yet shipping outside of New Zealand.
How long does shipping take?

Can I order from outside New Zealand?
The range is currently available in New Zealand only, but we’ll be opening international orders in the near future. Sign up to emails to be the first to hear when our international waitlist will open.
How does the site work?
We ask you a few quick questions to build your scent profile so we can understand your scent preferences. We then use smart matching algorithms to find the best scents for you from our range. You can either try your best matches as samples, or subscribe to your favourite full sized bottles. All subscriptions can be changed for different scents or paused at any time.
How does the matching work?
We use proprietary matching algorithms developed especially for fragrance to find the best scents for you from our range. Our algorithms use millions of different data points and are built from examining 70,000 different fragrances.
What if I don’t like my scents?
If you would like a refund or to swap your scent, please email email@example.com. Once you receive your scents, you will receive a follow up email asking you to rate your matches. The more feedback we get, the better! Feedback helps our matching algorithm learn and get smarter over time.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions make receiving your favourite scent even more convenient. You can change your subscription frequency or the scent you receive next any time - simply by logging in to your portal. You will be charged at the frequency you have set to receive your subscription.
